Recaps On The Run!

We are brother-and-sister duo, Andrew and Cher, and we welcome you to Recaps on the Run! This is our first foray into the world of podcasting and we hope that you join us on our journey to get fit while chatting about our favorite television shows. We are so happy to have you and hope you enjoy the run! NOTE: We are NOT professionals. We are NOT fitness experts. We don’t even have the proper equipment to record ourselves… but we love to talk TV and look forward to getting in shape together.
